No, many people don't realize that the cross connect is similar to a cable. Pin 1 on the 50 pin connector is connected to wire wrap Pin 1 on the other end and no other pins. So when you plug in with your cable you have the individual pins numbered exactly as they are numbered on a standard Centronics type connector. (This is true for all but the PE302-008 series)

Yes, All models are typically stocked with a 25 pc. minimum. Occasionally, a customer will come in and wipe out our entire inventory. We try to hold a few back for the next customer that wants just one or two. If those sell, delivery will then run 2 to 4 weeks.

After our applications engineer reviews your application and we decide to take on the project 50 pcs. is the minimum we will accept as a non-cancellable/non-returnable order
